Lectors

This ministry is a sign of God’s presence in our world.  After attending a training session, Lectors assist the parish family by studying and practicing their readings, and proclaiming the Word of God at Mass. If you are interested in becoming a Lector contact Margie Harkins at 856-292-3398 or email margieharkins@comcast.net.

Music Ministry

The adult choir is open to all adults and young adults who are in at least the 9th grade. The adult choir rehearses every Thursday night from 7:45PM to 9:30PM and sings at most 10:00 AM Sunday Masses. We also sing for special occasions such as Holy Week, Confirmation, and Christmas. This year we will also be hosting our 1st annual evening of readings and carols in December to welcome the Christmas season.

The youth choir is open to all young people who have not yet entered the 9th grade. The youth choir will rehearse on Wednesday nights from 6:00PM to 7:00PM starting in October. The youth choir sings at selected Masses throughout the year.

No formal musical training is necessary for either of these groups. It is not even necessary to be able to read music. Our membership consists of people who have a sincere desire to praise the Lord in song. We invite all to come and experience the joy and fellowship that is unique to this form of ministry. For more information contact Anthony Otlowski , director of music after Mass or by e-mail at OLLMUSIC@verizon.net.
