Here at Our Lady of Lourdes, we offer a comprehensive Religious Education program for all children in Grade 1 through Grade 8.  The goal of our formal Religious Education Program is to assist the parents, who are the primary educators of our children, in deepening their child’s spiritual development.  This goal is accomplished using many mediums including formal classroom instruction, retreats, parent meetings, and liturgical celebrations. 

Classes meet weekly from September to May and students are provided with textbooks that cover material at a grade appropriate level and build each year on the prior years knowledge.   We meet at the Glassboro Intermediate School, thus providing an environment that is conducive to learning.

All of our programs are staffed with volunteer catechists who instruct the children. 

Training for all catechists is provided and various workshops are offered throughout the year.
